Health and Safety
Realcold aims to provide a healthy and safe work environment, and policies and procedures have been developed to formalise Realcold’s commitment to this.
Realcold’s Health & Safety Policy is a statement of the responsibility of Realcold and its employees for health and safety at work, and their obligations under current Health & Safety legislation. Realcold aims to actively promote health and safety through:
- Hazard management
- Providing appropriate health and safety training
- Having a comprehensive plan for all emergencies
- Complying with the provisions of current health and safety legislation
The object of Health & Safety legislation is to promote the prevention of harm to all persons in the workplace. Realcold considers health and safety a high priority, and aims to operate its business so that all individuals avoid deterioration of health as a result of either their work, or from being on Realcold premises.
Realcold also takes a positive and responsible attitude toward caring for the environment.
This Policy will be reviewed every two years.
